Cancellation and Refund Policy [Updated On 20/11/2023]

Thank you for choosing for your astrology services and online purchases of items such as gemstones, online poojas, yantras, and more. We strive to provide excellent service and products to our customers. Please read the following Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully to understand our procedures.

Duration: Anushthans offers a 1 day (24 hours) return & replacement policy.

Cancellation Policy for Astrology Services:

  • Cancellations of astrology services must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for cancellation.
  • If the cancellation request is received within the stipulated time frame, a full refund will be issued through the original payment method.
  • No refund shall be processed for providing a wrong contact number for the purpose of availing the “Call with Astrologer” feature. The User once opted for this feature is advised to keep the Contact Number in full coverage area and must answer the call when received. No refund shall be processed for any call which gets connected.

Cancellation Policy for Physical Products (Gemstones, Yantras, etc.):

  • Cancellations of physical product orders can be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for cancellation.
  • If the cancellation request is received within the stipulated time frame, a full refund will be issued through the original payment method.
  • If the order has already been shipped, the customer may need to return the product following our return policy (see below).

Conditions for Eligibility:

  1. Items must be in their original, unused condition.
  2. Items are subject to inspection and verification by the anushthans team.
  3. Damages due to neglect or improper usage aren’t covered.
  4. Products should be accompanied with their original product certificate, invoice, packaging, lab certificates, discount coupons, etc.
  5. Rudraksha(s) will only be accepted if accompanied by a certificate from a government-approved lab.
  6. If returning a gemstone post seal-breaking, a deduction ranging from 350 to 1500 INR will be applied unless returned with an authenticity certificate from a government-approved lab.
  7. For any return, a fixed courier charge of Rs 200 will be deducted. If the returned item is a charged bracelet, additional charging costs will also be deducted.

No Refund Policy for Digital Products (Online Pooja, etc.):

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds will not be issued for online poojas or any other digital services.

Specific Policies:

Immediate Returns: If you have issues with the product, it must be returned in its exact condition within 24 hours post-delivery. After this period, anushthans will not accept returns.

Loose Gemstones: Can be returned within the 3-day window with a full refund of the gemstone’s price. However, courier charges, VAT, and duties are non-refundable.

Gemstone Jewelry: Customized jewelry cannot be returned for a refund. However, within 3 days of delivery, you can request a store credit worth 75% of your invoice value, valid for future purchases.

No refund shall be processed for the reason that in-correct information or data has been provided by You. The User agrees to be careful while providing any information to the Website and must re-check the information filled before clicking on “Submit”. The User can request for change in the in-correct information or data entered provided, the request for such change has been made with the customer care within (24 hour) of execution of the service rendered by the service provider.

In case the Website or Payment gateway’s webpage, that is linked to the Website, is experiencing any server related issues like ‘slow down’ or ‘failure’ or ‘session timeout’, the User shall, before initiating the second payment, check whether his/her Bank Account has been debited or not and accordingly resort to one of the following options:

    • In case the Bank Account appears to be debited, ensure that you do not make the payment twice and immediately thereafter contact the Website via customer care to confirm payment.
    • In case the Bank Account is not debited, the User may initiate a fresh transaction to make payment.

However, refund for multiple payment, if any, even after the above precaution against the same order shall be refunded in full without deduction of the transaction charges as mentioned above. The Website shall only retain the cost of one single order as intended to be placed by the User.

If there are orders that the Website is unable to accept and must cancel, the Website at its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever. Some situations may result in the order being cancelled and include, without limitation, non-availability of the service, inaccuracy, error in pricing information or other problems as identified. If the User’s order is cancelled after charges being paid against the said service, the said amount paid for booking shall be refunded.

Cancellation Policy:

If a customer makes multiple payments for the same order, only the cost of a singular order will be retained, and the rest, including any transaction charges on the duplicate payments, will be fully refunded.

Important Notes:

Return shipment is at the customer’s cost.

Payment Gateway charges won’t be refunded, with direct charges from the gateway not included in the refund.

Returns processing time is 7-10 business days, with potential additional delay from banks or credit card companies.

  2. Return with all original documentation.
  3. Use a reputed courier service with package insurance. Use an equivalent trusted service.
